SHIPPING POLICY:

WITHIN KARNATAKA

•     INR 50 FOR ORDERS ABOVE 1500
•     INR 80 FOR ORDERS BELOW 1500

OUTSIDE KARNATAKA

•     INR 100 FOR ORDERS ABOVE 1500
•     INR 130 FOR ORDERS BELOW 1500

• Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated between 2-8 business days depending on the shipment location.
• We only use reputable courier companies and/or Speed Post. SOUL By Sowmya will not be responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier company as it is beyond our control. 
• Our products will be checked and packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner. 
• Shipments will be delivered between Mondays through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. 
• As soon as your package ships, we will intimate you with your package tracking information through email.
• All items in one order will be shipped to one address only. For the different shipping addresses, separate orders will have to be created for each.
• Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the package shall be deemed to be authorized to receive the goods on your behalf.
